If you are not getting the password reset e-mail, after requesting it at the login screen, it is because your e-mail service provider is blocking it.
You can send a support ticket (e-mail to: support@MedicareAgentTraining.com) and tell us what you want your new password to be.
This is a manual process, though, and is not as fast as changing it, yourself, of course.
We highly recommend using Lastpass (See www.Lastpass.com ), as I mention in the webinars. It remembers your passwords and logs you in automatically - something very important to have when navigating all of these insurance company websites.
It will save you TONS of time in the future.
